Our Site Visits
You and Dr. Jodi Dinnerman will start with a preliminary Zoom to discuss current practice challenges, demands, and plan the visit goals.
Dr. Jodi will spend a few hours in your office (fly on the wall type of visit) to watch, study, listen, and interview (if you have staff).
Your visit will be followed by a Practice Efficiency Report (PEF) with a step-by-step, keep it forever plan of action (all with content from Staffless Practice Academy).
Within 2 weeks of your site visit your PEF will be delivered to you, and you will have a follow-up meeting with Dr. Jodi to review questions.

Late October - Arizona (Scottsdale) and California (San Diego) - open (one spot left)
December - Texas (Dallas) - open
Investment
$5800 *plus travel if 60+ miles from location in ( )
