First and foremost, please note that the texting program of Staffless Practice Academy is intended ONLY for practice admin - not for patient recommendations and personal information about private health issues to be discussed. Texting is NOT the medium through which to have these conversations!

Simple Texting is our texting platform of choice, here's why:

Their services are affordable, efficient, and easy to implement.
Their team is for sure second to none - they make themselves readily available to clients referred by us (white-glove service)
The fee for Simple texting will be anywhere from $50-$100 p/m - depending on usage
Simple Texting serves US and CANADA (only)
Simple Texting offers month to month agreements - you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime

Option 1: Build it on your own:

If you want to spend the time to create the texting program for your practice on your own, and you are a client of Staffless Practice Academy - we can still get you top-notch, white glove service with Simple Texting. The process to building your texting program is:
1. Create account (from link we send you to)
2. Follow our directions to create templates and import them into your account
3. Study how to use program, and share with your practice (we will show you how)

Option 2: Have our team build it for you:

Don't have the time and/or desire to create a texting program for your practice? We can help! If we are building the texting program for you we will get your account set up with Simple Texting, coach you through what templates to use for texting, put your templates into the program for you, give you a how-to manual to using Simple Texting, get your number ported, set up compliantly, etc.

If someone calls your Simple Texting line, it will go to a dead line. ST does not offer a voicemail system. However, for an addition $50 p/m you can have all of your calls to your texting line forwarded to another number. Most ST accounts will still be under $100 p/m with this feature.
