Practice growth - let’s go there

What I want you to think about is how you want your practice to grow and who you want your practice to grow with.

Take a sec and get comfy with a cup of something yummy and really hone in on the vision for your practice over the next few months.

How do you want it to grow? 
With whom? 
How fast? 
How will the growth of your practice effect your schedule? Your energy? Your wallet?

Ok, back to growth…
Take some time to plan out how you want to spend the next quarter growing your practice. 

Answer the following questions:
Who do you want to grow it for?
How do you want to grow it? 
Do you want to do things inside the office, more outside of the office, or a combination of both?
Do you want to offer celebrations, or would you rather focus on the habits of the practice?

I invite you to grab your favorite set of markers, some construction paper, or a great whiteboard and go to town with a plan of action for your perfect practice member. 

Figure out how to place JOY right in the center of all that you're doing for practice growth.
